January 18th 2008 - The Topic was all about Marriage and Divorce. Justice Don Mitchell was quite informative and freely offered his knowledge on the are of the law that deals with Marriage and divorce.
This is another show for which I think a followup is needed... One hour is just not enough to deal with all the issues pertaining to this subject. Feedback from this show was great. I am learning day by day that Anguillans will not readily call in to air their views on the radio...they are a bit telephone/publicity shy. But the positive feedback I'm receiving tells me that people are indeed listening...
We touched on issues suct as paternity testing, spousal support, custody of children, as well as reasons why folks would want to get divorced.
