February 1st - Youth and Culture - Lenox J Proctor, Director of the Department of Youth and Culture was up to date on the happenings in the world of youth's on Anguilla.
Mr Proctor was a great guest. He is quite passionate about his work, and he gave us all reasons to hope. All is not lost for the young people on our island. He is aware of the gang culture which is presently causing much public intimidation, and he plans to put meaures in place to tackle that ugly situation.
Mr Proctor...you're doing a great job reaching out to youths on Anguilla. We look forward to you again being on Let's Talk; once you are ready to go public with all the additional plans and programs for our young people.
